As a Sheffield local or even a visitor you most likely will have seen the amazing work of Phlegm. I count him as a Sheffield institution and it is always fills my heart full of tiny sparkles whenever I see his work around the City. Sometimes you find them in the unlikely of places or the remains of an old piece peeking out at you, either way it filld me with a sense of pride.
